1. Overview

Elution Labs LLC respects your right to control how your data is used. This page describes the opt-out rights available to you and how to exercise them.

2. Monitoring Permissions

What This Covers

After your engagement is delivered, Elution Labs may continue monitoring your environment for compliance changes, data health issues, and operational signals. You control exactly what is monitored. Every permission defaults to off. Nothing is enabled without your explicit action.

You can adjust or revoke any monitoring permission at any time through the platform. Changes take effect immediately. Revoking a permission does not affect any other aspect of your service.

3. Platform Improvement Program

What It Is

When you authorize it, the Platform Improvement Program allows Elution Labs to use observations about how the platform's own solutions performed during your engagement to improve implementation quality for you and clients in similar situations.

Before any observation is used for this purpose, the platform automatically strips all client-identifying information and any content specific to your business. What remains is structural: patterns about how types of integrations performed, which implementation approaches were reliable in certain technical environments, and where the platform's methodology can be refined. Nothing in these patterns is about your company, your customers, or your operations.

This program never accesses or uses:

• Your business data, customer records, financial information, or any business content
• Your internal processes, operations, or proprietary workflows
• Any information that could identify your company or the people you serve

What it observes is limited to:

• How the platform's own tooling performed during your engagement
• Which infrastructure and integration approaches produced reliable, high-quality outcomes
• Technical patterns that inform how we build and configure solutions going forward, after all your business context has been removed

The value to you: the platform gets better at recommending approaches and building solutions that work well in environments like yours.

Default Setting

The Platform Improvement Program is off by default for all clients.

It is activated only by your explicit written authorization. You will never be enrolled without your affirmative consent.

How to Opt Out (If Previously Authorized)

Submit your request through the privacy request form on our website or email privacy@elutionlabs.ai with the subject line: Opt-Out: Platform Improvement Program. Include your company name and the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete your opt-out within 10 business days, with written confirmation when done.

Withdrawing authorization has no effect on your access to the platform or the quality of services you receive.

4. Marketing Communications

What This Covers

Marketing communications include:

• Newsletter or educational content
• Product announcements and feature updates
• Promotional offers or webinar invitations
• Any non-transactional communication from Elution Labs

How to Opt Out

Via unsubscribe link: All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in the footer. Click it to be removed immediately.

Via website or email: Submit a request through the privacy request form on our website or email privacy@elutionlabs.ai with the subject line: Opt-Out: Marketing. Include the email address you wish to unsubscribe.

Processing time: requests are processed within 5 business days. You may receive one or two additional communications while the request is being processed.

Note: Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications. We will continue to send engagement-related emails such as invoices, deliverable notifications, security alerts, and policy update notices. These communications are necessary for service delivery and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.

5. Right to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

What Can Be Deleted

We will delete:

• Your contact information and account data
• Assessment intake submissions
• Platform usage and session data
• Integration credentials stored on your behalf

We are required to retain certain data and may not be able to delete:

• Audit logs (retained for 7 years for compliance purposes)
• Financial records and invoices (retained per applicable tax and accounting requirements)
• Data referenced in signed legal agreements

How to Request Deletion

Submit your request through the privacy request form on our website or email privacy@elutionlabs.ai with the subject line: Data Deletion Request. Include your company name, the email address associated with your account, and what you would like deleted. We will acknowledge within 5 business days, confirm what can and cannot be deleted and why, and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

Note: Data deletion requests from active accounts will be processed following engagement completion. We cannot delete data required to fulfill an in-progress contractual obligation.

6. Right to Access Your Data

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Submit your request through the privacy request form on our website or email privacy@elutionlabs.ai with the subject line: Data Access Request. Include your company name and account email. We will respond within 10 business days.

7. Right to Correct Inaccurate Data

If you believe we hold inaccurate data about you, submit a correction request through the privacy request form on our website or contact privacy@elutionlabs.ai. We will review and correct it promptly.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Opt-Out Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this policy that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
